Community
Activities
- Recreation: music, games, community outings,
swimming, yoga, special events, softball.

- Clinical Liaison with physicians, Mental
Health Centre, and Hospital. Includes Close-watch of at risk clients,
clinical note-taking, and interactive personal goal planners with each
client. Also includes advocacy with community agencies.

- Affiliation with BCSS, District 69 Housing
Society, MUC Collaborative Nursing Committee, Partnership Advisory
Team, CVIMHAC, and OVA.

Health Fair, fundraising events, AGM, Partners Evaluation meeting,
Partners' BBQ, IAPSRS, vision retreat, Dragonfly Awards Dinner, and
