Forward House plays an active role with the Oceanside Harm Reduction Committee, and we offer in-house support for our clients who struggle with substance use issues.Our staff have also been trained in Naloxone Overdose Prevention techniques.

Whether you are actively using on a regular basis, or occasionally use at parties and other social events, we recommend that you equip yourself with a Naloxone Kit and never use alone. Naloxone Kits are available at harm reduction sites in Oceanside - click here to find a location near you.

Forward House hosts two weekly recovery groups in our Dragonfly Den (back yard):

Fridays: 10:30-12:00 - Recovery Group - Self refer through Substance Use Intake/Drop-in, 2nd Floor, Oceanside Health Centre

Saturdays: 10:30-11:30 am - Narcotics Anonymous - a friendly, supportive drop-in group for people struggling with substance use challenges.
