BECOME A SERVICE MEMBER.

At Forward House, we offer a free service membership for our community members. This membership gives you ongoing access to our programs and services. Our goal is to help you find the right program or service for your needs.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Forward House Service Membership is Free: You don't have to pay anything to become a member and access our services.

  • Different from Forward House Community Society Membership: Our service membership is separate from our society membership, which involves a fee. Society members can vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

To become a service member:

  1. Contact Us: Give us a call at 250-954-0785 or visit us between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday to speak with our staff.

  2. Fill Out Forms: We'll schedule a time for you to fill out our membership application and program information forms.

  3. Program Access: Some programs are open to all members, while others require a more detailed application process. We'll explain this during your application.

  • Additional Support: If we believe you could benefit from other care or support services, we can connect you with our community partners.

As a Forward House Services member, you'll:

  • Have ongoing access to our programs and services.

  • Receive updates about our initiatives.

Participation in our services is voluntary, but we encourage a commitment to wellness and recovery.

FORWARD HOUSE SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP

Become a part of our community by joining the Forward House Community Society! As a society member, you'll have the opportunity to vote at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and stay connected with all the latest happenings at Forward House.

NOTE: Our Society membership is different from our free Service membership.

Our AGM typically takes place in mid-June each year. Leading up to our General Meeting, we actively focus on membership renewals and signing up new members to join our society.
